General information on greenhouse twines

Greenhouse twines, apart from the other characteristics they have in common with plastic twines, have high UV stabilizer content for maximum solar radiation resistance. Therefore, greenhouse twines, or UV greenhouse twines, have strong resistance to ultraviolet rays and they are not damaged from exposure to the sun’s radiation.

Use

The specific polypropylene twines have high UV stabilizer content. This renders them ideal for use at greenhouses (e.g., for installing shading nets).

Types of greenhouse twines

The most common string colour used at greenhouses is green. Greenhouse strings are produced in reels of ½, 1 & 2 kilos. They are packed in cartons of 12 kg.
