Use
Plastic PP bags are designed for several uses. Some of the more common ones are the following:
- Animal feed
- Fine bran
- Coarse bran
- Corn

- Raw materials
- Soya
- Olives
- Wheat

- Animal feed by-products
- Wood
- Charcoal, etc.
Types of plastic bags
Plastic bags are divided into two main categories:
1. Open-spout plastic bags
Open-spout plastic bags are open at the top so that products can be filled more easily. They are available with or without top hemming, depending on the client’s needs.
Plastic bags come mainly in white, but we also have coloured ones (green, yellow, red, blue, grey), as well as transparent ones. Transparent bags are used for packaging products that should be visible, for example corn and potatoes, among others.
2. Plastic bags with valves
Plastic bags with valves are specialized bags mainly used at animal feed plants, for flours, bran packaging, etc. Contrary to open-spout plastic bags, bags with valves are not completely open at the top, but they have a valve at their upper right side, in which a tube can be inserted and used to fill the bag with the product.
Their advantage is that after they are filled, their top does not need sewing to seal them, as the valve closes automatically!
